The contract between you and us when you place an order.
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you order as a consumer.

2. Orders
An order placed on the website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order-confirmation email. We may decline an order, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.
3. Prices & VAT
Prices are in GBP and shown exclusive of VAT. Standard-rate UK VAT (currently 20%) is added at the basket. Prices may change at any time without notice but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via secure third-party processor. Trade account customers approved for Net 30 will be invoiced.
5. Delivery
See our Shipping policy. Risk passes on delivery; title passes once we have received full payment.
6. Cancellation & returns
See our Refunds & returns policy. Consumer customers have the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected goods.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
