14-day right to cancel (consumers)
If you ordered as a consumer (not as a business), you have 14 days from receipt to cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods, at your cost, in unopened condition. We will refund the full price plus standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
30-day goodwill returns (everyone)
Unopened, undamaged cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the goods. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the items were faulty or sent in error.
Faulty or damaged goods
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free collection, replacement or full refund. We comply with our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
What cannot be returned
- Opened cases of food, hygiene, personal-care or health-and-beauty items (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty.
- Special-order or bespoke lines marked as non-returnable on the product page.
How to start a return

- We send you a returns reference and address.
- Send the goods back via a tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receipt.
